Slap League Privacy & Data Deletion Policy
This policy explains how HelectronSoft S.M.P.C. handles data for Slap League Online Championship.
1. Who is responsible
Slap League Online Championship is operated by HelectronSoft S.M.P.C. For privacy questions, contact info@helectronsoft.com. For game account support, contact support@helectronsoft.com.
2. Data we collect and store
We store linked device IDs, HelectronSoft game account IDs, Apple account IDs and Google account IDs when you use platform sign-in, email address if it is provided through Apple or Google sign-in, in-game progress, and purchase history. Data is stored on servers located in Europe.
The game may also process technical data needed for online play, security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, rewarded ad eligibility, and support. Payment card details are processed by Apple or Google and are not stored by HelectronSoft.
3. How we use data
We use data to operate the game, create and maintain accounts, link devices, enable sign-in, save progress, operate online features, verify purchases, deliver account-bound content, provide support, prevent fraud and cheating, comply with legal obligations, and provide optional rewarded ads.
4. Purchases and rewarded ads
Purchase history is used to verify and support in-app purchases and account-bound content. Rewarded ads may involve advertising partners that process ad delivery, completion, and reward-verification data under their own terms and policies. The exact ad SDKs and partners used in the released game should be disclosed in the app and store privacy disclosures.
5. Sharing
We may share data with service providers that host or operate the game, Apple or Google for sign-in and purchases, advertising partners for rewarded ads, anti-fraud or security providers, and authorities or advisors where required by law, legal process, security, or enforcement of our terms.
6. Storage, security, and retention
Data is stored in Europe and protected using technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for a mobile online game. We keep account data while the account exists and for as long as needed for game operation, support, security, legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, or platform compliance purposes.
7. Account and data deletion
Self-service deletion is available only while logged into the game, from the game settings. Deletion is irreversible. When you confirm deletion, HelectronSoft deletes all account-associated data stored by HelectronSoft, including linked device IDs, game account IDs, linked Apple or Google account IDs, email address if provided through sign-in, in-game progress, and purchase history stored by HelectronSoft.
After deletion, all progress, rewards, account-bound content, and purchase history stored by HelectronSoft will be lost and cannot be restored. Platform transaction records controlled by Apple or Google may remain under their own policies. If you cannot access the game but need to exercise a legal or platform-supported deletion right, contact support@helectronsoft.com; identity verification may be required.
8. Your rights
Depending on your country or region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, contact info@helectronsoft.com.
9. Children and age ratings
Slap League Online Championship is not intended for users below the age permitted by the game's store rating, platform rules, or local law. Parents and guardians should use Apple and Google parental controls where appropriate.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect game changes, platform requirements, legal requirements, or operational changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
